I was lucky enough to adopt one of Mama Lil's babies on 3/3/04 and wanted to give you an update now that we are all settled in. I have to admit that after the first few days I began to have second thoughts about my decision to adopt a puppy as opposed to another adult and almost brought him back
to you. That would have been a mistake! Lucy and I love the little guy. He is such a gentle loving dog and I still can't believe that I was even thinking about bringing him back.
We are working on "sits" and "downs" and making progress. He is very smart and a quick study. He and Lucy love chasing each other in the backyard and all around the house, playing tug-of-war with the rope toy and they have actually learned to roll the tennis ball back and forth to each other.
