The new dog is doing great! She still has been a very quiet dog and friendly with the cats. She loves to play with our kitten, Modem. It's quite funny, but the kitten often tries to get milk from the puppy. We have also given her a new name. She is now called Sienna. We are working on the house breaking. I know that takes a bit to learn. But she knows the command "hurry up" when we go outside is her queue to do her thing, so that is good. I take her for a walk when I wake up in the morning and my wife takes her for a walk/run when she gets home. Sienna has learned to heel very well (something I have never had success teaching a dog), without the need for a choke chain. She knows sit, and stay also. What an intelligent dog! With new people she steals their hearts right away (a lot like the first time we met her). Very well behaved for a puppy. She jumps occasionally, but only just when we get home and she's so excited to see us. I must say that it has been a very good experience adopting a dog from Beagles and Buddies. It is my first experience adopting and it is great to see that you like to know how the dogs are doing in their new homes. Here is a pic I took of her the week after we got her. Have a great day!
