Dear Beagles & Buddies:

I have some bad news. I keeled over this morning in front of Mom. I scared her something terrible. She rushed me to the hospital where they discovered I have a hemangio sarcoma on my heart. They drained 250cc of fluid from it and I immediately felt better, but then they did an ultrasound and found a tumor on my spleen and one on my kidney. They told Mom they could remove my spleen, cut a window in my heart for more drainage, and evaluate my kidney once they were in there, but that would only buy me a couple months and I would be recuperating that whole time. It's a very aggressive cancer. I told mom I would rather just come home and spend the holidays with her and just get her through the rest of this year. I will try to finish up the holiday newsletter for you but in the meantime if you could post this email, mom wants to set up a fund in my name for Beagles and Buddies. Thanks to you guys I have had the time of my life these last few months and I will always be with you. More later.
